VISION STATEMENT The vision of Carrie's Heart is that children with disabilities world- wide will have access to quality educational and community programs.   MISSION STATEMENT The mission of Carrie's Heart is to provide support to educational and community programs for children with disabilities worldwide.    Resources:    Provide necessary resources to developing programs including monetary donations, teaching supplies and therapeutic equipment.       Collaboration: Collaboration amongst visiting and local professionals about program needs and development.     Expansion: Support the expansion of existing and future programs through the provision of resources and professional collaboration.
