Individual Sponsorship Instructions:

To become a sponsor for Valerie follow these simple instructions:


  • Download & print the
    sponsorship application (PDF
    format)
  • Fill in the sponsorship
    application
  • Mail sponsorship application
    along with initial sponsorship
    payment to Carrie's Heart
  • Carrie's Heart will mail you a
    monthly invoice for future
    payments
  • Click on the Pay Pal donation
    button directly below
  • Fill in the Pay Pal form
  • In the "Sponsorship Preferences"
    box please indicate the following:
    Name of the child you wish to
    sponsor
    Monthly dollar amount that you
    would like to sponsor for the child
  • Carrie's Heart will email you a
    monthly invoice for future
    payments
  • Click on the Pay Pal donation
    button directly below
  • Fill in the Pay Pal form
  • Please indicate the following:
    Name of the child you wish to
    sponsor
    Monthly dollar amount that you
    would like to sponsor for the child
  • Pay Pal will deduct your monthly
    sponsorship amount on a 30 day
    billing cycle

Meet Valerie...

Valerie is a bright eight year old little girl with severe cerebral palsy.  
Valerie is completely nonverbal however she is beginning to express
herself using facial expressions and eye movements.  Valerie was brought
to Houston in May, 2006 in a state of severe malnutrition.  A surgically
placed gastric feeding tube has enabled Valerie to take in vital nutrients
and she is quickly gaining weight, strength & vitality.  Valerie enjoys the
company of her spunky little sister Veronica and her cousin Lupita. Valerie
enjoys cartoons, music and riding in her new jogger stroller.  One of her
favorite things is when her sister jumps on the bed around her...she laughs
so hard at her!  Valerie lives with her mother, her step father and her sister.
